Start-up human resource consultancy Rialto had extremely high growth targets and ambitions. With services aimed at blue-chip corporations, it was imperative to quickly gain brand awareness and to be positioned among the industry’s elite.

Brazil’s proactive PR approach drove business to Rialto.  As part of our campaign, the Brazil team created a new industry buzzword - “executive stagnation” – describing individuals who are bored with their jobs but are unable to quit without losing their high level of pay and benefits. 

The campaign resulted in 157 media placements throughout the world, including eight UK national newspaper articles, 14 HR trade articles, ten radio interviews, extensive coverage on BBC Radio 4 and a listener discussion spanning four hours on BBC Five Live.
